All our NEW products have 12 months minimum Australian Warranty. Our USED products will have 30 days limited warranty.

We get it, sometimes how things look and how they feel can be different, so we offer a 14 day. money back guitarantee. Send the item back in original condition and we will refund you in full. This is subject to T&C. Custom Builds are excluded.

How long does a Pre-Order take?
As most guitars are build to order it often takes around the 13 week mark as we express air freight every guitar in to Australia from the factory.

Yes! We provide a customization service where you can create a unique pair of sneakers with personalized colors, artwork, and designs. Our expert artists will bring your vision to life. Contact us for pricing and customization options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Track Order" page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
