If your item arrives with any damage or doesn’t seem right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know so we can help arrange a return or replacement.

If your package shows visible damage to the carton, case, or packaging, please do not sign for it—ask the courier to return it to us directly. This helps us lodge a claim and get things sorted faster.

If your package arrives and you discover hidden shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make a claim on your behalf through the shipping insurance.
