Everyone loves free shipping and we’re proud to offer it across most of our products Australia-wide (even Tasmania)!

There's only a few rare exceptions: like super remote areas that our couriers can't reach, or items over 30KG that need special handling. If that’s the rare case, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to work out a solution. We’ll do our best to find an alternative, like delivering to the closet depot or even a nearby business of your choice if acceptable.

Just remember, like everyone else in Australia: we cannot ship guitars to PO BOXES (they just don't fit no matter how hard you squeeze).. well, not really, but Australia Post will not accept anything over 105cm so they have to go by courier.

But honestly, in 99% of cases, if it’s on our site and you’re in Australia, it’s getting shipped to you for free. How good’s that?
