Warranty

We stand behind the gear we sell, that’s why we offer a 12-month Australian warranty on all brand new items.

For used items, we include a 30-day defect warranty, based on the description at the time of sale. If something pops up within 30 days that wasn’t listed, let us know — we’ll take care of it.

B Stock items come with a 90-day warranty and are clearly marked for transparency. These are products that might have:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections like a scratch or blemish

• Been opened or returned

• Been used for in-store display or long term demonstration purposes

But rest assured — every B Stock item is fully tested to meet the manufacturer’s specs and guaranteed to work as expected, unless clearly noted otherwise.

If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. The first step is to get the item inspected — either by us or through an authorised repair centre. From there, we’ll work out the best solution together.
