    Delivery
    In Stock items usually ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. Usual delivery times are 3 - 10 days around Australia. Our primary warehouse is based in Brisbane QLD and most orders ship from there.

    Custom Orders usually take around the 13 week mark on average. Sometimes this is quicker, sometimes this is longer, we will keep you up to date with any important updates should ETAs shorten or lengthen. We pay for express air freight on our imports to get you the instrument quicker.
    Returns & Exchanges Policy
    We get it, sometimes how things look and how they feel can be different, so we offer a 14 day. money back guitarantee. Send the item back in original condition and we will refund you in full. 

    This is subject to T&C. Custom Builds are excluded & are not able to be returned.

      Contact us via email with a copy of your invoice and what's wrong

      We will send you an address to post the guitar back to. Alternatively we can arrange a courier for you, this will come out of the refund price.

    Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
     Original & any return shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less theshipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
